Influence of TIG Welding Heat Input on the Properties of 316LN Austenitic Stainless Steel Welded Joints
By adjusting and setting different welding heat input conditions,the TIG with narrow gap was adopted to weld 316LN austenitic stainless steel.Samples were taken for 77K low-temperature impact toughness,mechanical properties at room temperature and microstructure analysis tests.Different welding heat inputs were compared with the test results,and the study was made within a certain range about the influence of heat inputs on the strength,toughness and plasticity properties and metallographic structure of TIG welded joints,providing technical support for batch welding of 316LN austenitic stainless steel.
