摘要

管线钢是石油、天然气输送中用到的一种特殊钢材,其组织和性能是研究者关注的重点.本文综述了油气输送用管线钢组织及性能的最新研究成果,从添加合金元素和稀土、热处理两个维度总结了其对组织和性能的影响.研究发现,添加稀土和合金元素会对管线钢的性能造成不同程度的影响,不同钢级的管线钢的不同热处理工艺对性能的影响也不尽相同,最后展望了管线钢未来发展的方向.

Abstract

Pipeline steel is a kind of special steel used for oil and gas transmission,and its microstructure and properties are the focus of researchers.In this paper,the latest research results on the microstructure and properties of pipeline steel for oil and gas transmission were reviewed,and the effects on the microstructure and properties were summarized from two dimensions,i.e.,adding alloy elements and rare earths,and heat treatment.It is found that the addition of rare earth and alloy elements will have different effects on the properties of pipeline steel,and the different heat treatment processes of different steel grades also have different effects on the properties.Finally,the future development directions of pipeline steel are prospected.
