根据140 MPa环形防喷器壳体的结构特点,分析了三种锻造方案的优缺点,决定采用自由锻开坯、胎模锻成形的联合工艺方案.自由锻开坯,经过大变形,使锻件内部充分锻透,消除了铸造缺陷;胎模锻整形,锻件在胎模内成形,形状和尺寸接近零件,减小了锻件的加工余量,减少了原材料的浪费,提高加工效率.通过生产实践证明,自由锻结合胎模锻的成形方案具有可行性.
Forging of 140MPa Annular Blowout Preventer Shell
According to the structure characteristics of 140MPa annular blowout preventer shell,the advantages and disadvantages of three forging schemes are analyzed.The process scheme of cogging with free forging combined with loose tooling forging is adopted.Make the billet by free forging,after large deformation,the inside of the forging is fully forged,the casting defects are eliminated;by loose tooling forging,the forging is formed in the die,the shape and size are close to the parts,the machining allowance of the forging is decreased,the waste of materials is reduced,and the machining efficiency is improved.The forming scheme of free forging combined with loose tooling forging is feasible.
