Cr3钢不同奥氏体化温度下CCT曲线的研究

利用膨胀法、金相法、硬度法对Cr3 支承辊试验钢过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线进行测定,以此对不同奥氏体化温度下CCT曲线进行对比研究.研究结果显示,在一定冷速范围内,随着冷速增加,Cr3 支承辊试验钢显微组织经历了珠光体→贝氏体→马氏体的转变,并且在890℃奥氏体化下比860℃奥氏体化下的CCT曲线右移,为支承辊材料用钢的热处理工艺与应用提供了理论依据.
Study on CCT Curves of Cr3 Steel at Different Austenitizing Temperatures
In this paper,the expansion method,metallographic method and hardness method are used to measure the continuous cooling transformation curve of undercooled austenite in Cr3 backup roll steel for test,and the CCT curves at different austenitizing temperatures are compared.The results show that the microstructure of Cr3 backup roll steel for test changes from pearlite to bainite to martensite along with the increase of the cooling rate within a certain range,and the CCT curve shifts to the right at 890℃ austenitizing compared with that at 860℃ austenitizing,which provides a theoretical basis for the heat treatment process and application of back-up roll steel.
