摘要

为深入了解支承辊浅表层冶金缺陷种类及产生机理,对出现外露夹杂和表面波检测不合的支承辊进行了解剖分析,发现支承辊浅表层冶金缺陷的主要成分是精炼渣.

Abstract

In order to understand the types and mechanisms of metallurgical defects on the near surface of backup rolls,it was found that the main composition of the metallurgical defects on the near surface of the backup rolls is refining slag by dissecting and analyzing those backup rolls with exposed inclusions or rejected after flaw detection by surface wave.
