摘要

研究了热处理工艺对ZL205A铝合金不同显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,铸态合金的晶粒大小约为100~200 μm,晶界位置存在明显的富Cu偏析,晶内含有富Ti杂质相;540℃固溶处理时,晶界偏析开始回溶,保温10~14 h时固溶效果最佳;175℃时效处理1~3h,形成与基体半共格的θ相,合金具有良好的综合力学性能.

Abstract

The influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL205A aluminum alloy was studied in this paper.The results show that the grain size of the as-cast alloy is about 100~200 μm,there is an obvious Cu-rich segregation at the grain boundary,and there are Ti-rich impurity phases in the crystal.At 540℃solution treatment,the grain boundary segregation began to redissolve,and the best solution effect was achieved when the heat was held for 10~14 h.After aging treatment at 175℃for 1~3 h,the θ phase which is semi-coherent with matrix is formed,and the alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties.
