优质的钢锭是高端装备核心部件的关键原材料.因钢锭的大小、用途及性能不同,且制造具有成本高、质量不稳定、手工作业效率低等突出特点.为了进一步提高钢锭质量、降低成本、减少人工失误,并推进制造过程的信息化和数字化,设计并开发了大型钢锭研发、制造及管理一体化数字平台.
Abstract
High quality steel ingots are key raw materials for the core components of high-end equipment. Due to the different sizes,uses,and performance of steel ingots,as well as the prominent characteristics of high cost,unstable quality,and low manual operation efficiency in manufacturing. In order to further improve the quality of steel ingots,reduce costs,reduce human errors,and promote the informatization and digitization of the manufacturing process,an integrated digital platform for the research and development,manufacturing,and management of large steel ingots was designed and developed.
