The numerical simulation of casting-forging integration of 363t SA508-Ⅲ steel ingot was carried out. First,the simulation model of the ingot casting process was established in THERCAST software and the calculation analysis was completed,and then the casting results were introduced into the FORGE software to establish the simulation model of forging and forming,and the calculation analysis was completed. The analysis shows that the evolution law of shrinkage porosity,carbon segregation and grain during forging has been clarified through the numerical simulation of casting-forging integration,and the location of shrinkage porosity and carbon segregation in the forging has been predicted.
