Based on the data from hot compression tests,the principles of preparing hot working drawings were summarized. The strain rate sensitivity factor m was calculated,and on this basis,the power dissipation drawing and hot working drawing were prepared. The research results show that the optimal forging temperature range for GH4706 alloy is approximately 1000℃,with its best performance within a true strain rate range of 0.14 s-1 to 0.36 s-1. To optimize the forging effects,it is recommended to appropriately increase the heating temperature before forging and to accelerate the pressing speed during the initial pressing phase. When the strain value reaches about 0.4,the pressing speed can be moderately reduced to improve the material properties. Additionally,this study organized the methods for preparing hot working drawings and compiled them into a Python class,greatly facilitating the engineers to prepare the hot working drawings and formulate technological parameters.
