分析了急冷塔筒体内壁点蚀缺陷形成原因.为防止点蚀再次发生,使用综合性能较好的E309L不锈钢焊材,在急冷塔内壁缺陷区域以堆焊的方式进行修复,堆焊完立即进行消氢热处理,满足生产需求.并通过工艺性试验证明堆焊修复方法可行.
Analysis and Repair of Corrosion on the Inner Wall of the Quenching Tower of a DMTO Device Core Equipment
The reasons for the formation of pitting defects were analyzed on the inner wall of the quenching tower. To prevent pitting corrosion from happening again,the welding materials made of stainless steel are used to repair the defect area on the inner wall of the quenching tower by surfacing welding. After surfacing welding,the dehydrogenation heat treatment is immediately carried out to meet the production needs. And it has been proven through process tests that the surfacing welding repair method is feasible.
