摘要

针对1Cr13不锈钢锻件锻后坑冷、调质热处理后低温冲击韧性不达标的问题,通过金相组织观察与断口扫描分析,对比合格与不合格试样,明确导致低温冲击韧性不达标的关键影响因素.在此基础上通过试验摸索,分别研究淬火温度、回火温度对1Cr13抗拉强度以及低温冲击韧性的影响,改进热处理工艺,显著提高了不锈钢锻件的抗拉强度与低温冲击韧性.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the low-temperature impact toughness of 1Cr13 stainless steel forgings after forging failed to meet the standard after pit cooling and quenching and tempering heat treatment,the key factors leading to the failure of low-temperature impact toughness are identified by comparing the qualified and unqualified specimens through metallographic structure observation and fracture scanning analysis. On this basis,the effects of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the tensile strength and low-temperature impact toughness of 1Cr13 are studied after tests,and the heat treatment process is improved to significantly improve the tensile strength and low-temperature impact toughness of stainless steel forgings.
