变形高温合金的超塑性研究进展

近年来,对变形高温合金超塑性的研究取得了显著进展.超塑性成形技术为难以变形的材料提供了理想的成形方法.超塑性变形要求材料具有细小、均匀的等轴晶粒,对变形高温合金细晶组织的制备方法进行了概述.为了最大限度地发挥超塑性的优势,掌握其微观变形的原理是非常关键的,对超塑性微观调节机制典型模型进行了总结,并对变形高温合金超塑性变形机制的研究进行了探讨.最后,列举了高温合金超塑性技术的成功应用案例并对未来的相关研究方向进行了展望.
Research Development of Superplasticity of Wrought Superalloys
In recent years,significant progress has been made in the study of superplasticity in wrought superalloys.The superplastic forming technology provides an ideal forming method for materials that are difficult to deform.Superplastic deformation requires materials to have fine,uniform,and equiaxed grains,and an overview of the preparation methods for fine-grained microstructures of wrought superalloys has been provided.To maximize the advantages of superplasticity,understanding the principles of its micro-deformation is crucial.A summary of the typical models of the micro-regulation mechanism of superplasticity and a discussion on the research of the superplasti c deformation mechanism of wrought superalloys have been conducted.Finally,successful application cases of superplastic technology in superalloys are listed,and prospects for future research directions are provided.
