摘要

针对C-HRA-3耐热合金在700℃和750℃时效后的试样研究了M23C6碳化物和γ'相化学相组成变化规律.结果表明:C-HRA-3合金经高温时效后析出M23C6碳化物和γ'相,其中M23C6碳化物中合金元素M为Cr、Mo、Ni和Co,γ'相中合金元素有Ni、Co、Al、Ti、Mo、Cr和Nb,时效至8000 h后,700℃时效后M23C6碳化物析出量约0.978%,γ'相析出量约9.5%;750℃时效后,M23C6碳化物析出量约1.023%,γ'相析出量约6.753%,随时效温度升高,M23C6碳化物析出量增加约4.6%,γ'相析出量减小约28.9%.

Abstract

This article investigates the change laws in the chemical phase composition of M23C6 carbides and y'phase in specimens of C-HRA-3 heat-resistant alloy after aging at 700℃ and 750℃ .The results showed that it precipitated M23C6 carbides and y'phase of the C-HRA-3 alloy after high-temperature aging.The alloying elements M in the M23C6 carbides were Cr,Mo,Ni,and Co,while the alloying elements in the y'phase were Ni,Co,Al,Ti,Mo,Cr,and Nb.After aging for 8000 hours at 700℃,the precipitation of M23C6 carbides was about 0.978%,and the precipitation of y' phase was about 9.5%.After aging for 8000 hours at 750℃,the precipitation of M23C6 carbides was about 1.023%,and the precipitation of y' phase was about 6.753%.As the aging temperature increased,the precipitation of M23C6 carbides increased by about 4.6%,and the precipitation of y'phase reduced by approximately 28.9%.
