自金属构筑成形技术提出以来,通过近十年基础研究的不断完善和技术迭代的发展,采用该技术制备超大型锻件在黑色金属中的应用已趋于成熟.最近,金属构筑成形技术在制备大型钛合金及高温合金锻件上也取得了重要突破.本文开展了∅1200 mm、2 t级GH4169轮盘构筑成形样件的研发、制备及考核评价过程,从低倍组织、晶粒度、综合力学性能等方面验证了金属构筑成形技术对于GH4169高温合金轮盘制备的适用性.
Research on and Trial Production of the Additive Forging Process of GH4169 Alloy Turbine Disk with a Diameter of 1200 mm
Since the proposal of metal additive forging technology,the application of this technology to prepare ultra large forgings in black metals has become mature with the continuous improvement of basic research and the development of technological iteration in the past decade.Recently,significant breakthroughs have been made in additive forging technology for the preparation of large titanium alloy and superalloy forgings.In this paper,the research and development,preparation and evaluation of the additive forging sample piece of GH4169 turbine disk with a diameter of 1200 mm and a weight of 2 tons have been conducted.The applicability of metal additive forging technology for preparation of GH4169 superalloy turbine disk is verified from the aspects of macrostructure,grain size,and comprehensive mechanical properties.
