Repair of Defects on the Inner Wall of CTA Mother Liquor Filter Shell
During the maintenance of a CTA mother liquor filter of a certain company,it was found that some welds and base metal were corroded seriously.After the on-site investigation of the vessel,a suitable repair plan was formulated,and the repair plan was determined to be feasible through the process test evaluation,and a hanging piece test specimen was set up in the vessel to keep the same as the repair welding of the weld,and after one year of operation of the vessel,the performance of the hanging piece test specimen can meet the requirements after inspection.At present,the equipment is in good operation condition.
