Research on the Bending Angle Detection of Surge Pipelines for Nuclear Power Station Based on Three-dimensional Scanning Technology
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in detecting the size of the surge pipeline for nuclear power station manufactured by bending process,a method applicable for the measurement of the bending angle of the surge pipeline was proposed based on the three-dimensional scanning technology. The influence of the location of sampling area and the number of sampling cross-sections on the measurement results was studied. The repeatability and accuracy of the measurement results were verified. The research results show that the measurement effect is the best when the initial distance is 200mm and the number of cross-sections is 5.The maximum repeatability error of multiple measurement results is 0.0192%,the accuracy of repeated measurement is good, and the deviation range of the results compared with the three-coordinate measuring system is less than 0.05°,with high accuracy of measurement.
