Current Situation and Prospect of Design and Research of Nickel-base Superalloys
The progress of various design methods for nickel-base superalloy was reviewed in this paper,with an analysis of their design approaches,theoretical foundations,process characteristics and applications.Some advanced alloy design criteria,such as creep property,castability,oxidation resistance and microstructural stability were introduced.Finally,the future trends in nickel-based superalloy design were discussed in combination with the artificial intelligence(AI)and alloy design theory.
