Study on Hot Deformation Behavior and Microstructure Evolution of Ni-Cr-Al Alloy
The thermal compression test of as-cast Ni-Cr-Al alloy was performed under the deformation temperatures ranging from1 000℃to 1 150℃and strain rates between 0.01s-1 and 1s-1 on a MMS-200 thermal simulation test machine.Based on the rheology data obtained under various deformation conditions,a strain-compensated Arrhenius constitutive equation and a hot working diagram were developed to characterize the alloy's rheologic behavior.Through analysis of the hot deformation microstructure and reference of the hot working diagram, the optimal hot working area for as-cast Ni-Cr-Al alloy is 1 020~1 080℃with a strain rate of 0.15~1 s-1.
