高性能航空发动机离不开性能优异的镍基铸造高温合金材料,而高纯净度是性能优良的镍基铸造高温合金的最重要的标志.为了得到高纯净度高温合金材料,需要对其中的杂质元素、气体元素、微量有害元素等进行有效控制,使其达到一个极低的水平(通常为10-6级).Se元素是影响高温合金性能的主要微量有害元素之一.本文对真空感应熔炼过程中镍基铸造高温合金中Se元素挥发性进行了一系列研究.结果表明,真空感应熔炼过程中,通过有效控制精炼温度、精炼时间和真空度,可使得镍基铸造高温合金 Ni80Cr20 和NiCoCrMoX中的Se元素含量降低到0.2×10-6以下.
Study on Controlling of Element Se during Vacuum Induction Smelting of Nickel-based Cast Superalloys Ni80Cr20 and NiCoCrMoX
High performance aero-engine requires nickel-based cast superalloy materials with excellent performance and good purity,which is the most important symbol of nickel-based cast superalloys.In order to get the high-purity superalloys,it is necessary to effectively control the impurity elements,gas elements,harmful microelements,etc.,so that they can stay a very low level(usually 10-6 level).Selenium is one of the most major harmful microelements which can influence the properties of superalloys.In this paper,a series of studies have been carried out on volatility of selenium in nickel-based cast superalloys during vacuum induction smelting.The results show that selenium in nickel-based cast superalloys Ni80Cr20 and NiCoCrMoX can be reduced to0.2×10-6 or less by controlling the refining temperature,refining time and vacuum during the process of vacuum induction smelting.
