Analysis of Material Selection and Key Manufacturing Technologies for Single-layered Integrally Forged High-pressure Hydrogen Storage Vessels
This paper focuses on material selection for forgings of single-layered integrally forged high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels,material and hydrogen compatibility tests and related standards.It also analyzes the factors that affect hydrogen embrittlement of forgings and provides suggestions for improvement.In addition,it discusses the difficulties faced at each stage of manufacturing and offers the suggestions for the industrial development of single-layered integrally forged high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels in the future.
