Brief Analysis on the Influence of Argon Stirring Parameters of A 30-ton Steel Ladle on the Refining Effect
This experiment takes a 30-ton steel ladle from a certain steel plant as the prototype.Through simulation experiments,based on the principle of similarity,a water model has been established for cold state simulation.Numerical simulation software has been adopted to observe the flow characteristics of the ladle under different working conditions(blowing position,blowing volume),and the design for argon blowing position,blowing flow rate and refining slag thickness of the ladle have been optimized.The blowing flow and blowing position for rapid mixing of ladle and minimum floating time of inclusions have been determined,and the factors that affect the effect of argon blowing refining of the ladle have been clearly defined,which can be used as the guidance for the actual production.
