In response to the frequent failures for the failure of residual current device, theoretical analysis and simulation analysis are combined to closely relate to practical electrical scenarios for research.Firstly,a theoretical analysis is conducted on the reasons for the failure of residual current protection devices caused by normal leakage current, residual current transformers, transfer voltage and non-isolated photovoltaic inverters grid-connected.Secondly,using Simulink simulation software, the simulation models are built including low-voltage distribution network considering line-to-ground distributed capacitance,10 kV transformer high-voltage side grounded fault and non-isolated photovoltaic inverter grid-connected simulation models.Simulation verification is performed on the failure caused by normal leakage current, transfer voltage and non-isolated photovoltaic inverters grid-connected in the new power system to validate the correctness of the failure mechanism analysis.
