Simulation Analysis and Experimental Study on Electrical Lifetime Improvement of Big-Capacity AC Contactors
Big-capacity AC contactors have a high requirement on the arc extinction system due to a large load current,small power factor and high energy when the arc is extinguished.Through theoretical analysis,high-speed photography and electrical life testing,the arc extinguishing ability of different contact systems and arc extinguishing systems is studied,which can provide the reference for improving the electrical life and reliability of large capacity AC contactors.
