为解决传统动力学仿真结果准确性低的问题,采用虚拟样机技术,进行基于Maxwell 3D/ADAMS的断路器瞬时脱扣过程仿真.首先使用Maxwell 3D耦合外电路,建立脱扣器的电磁瞬时动态仿真有限元模型,计算得到瞬动电磁铁的运动特性仿真结果;然后将计算结果导入ADAMS软件,对断路器的瞬时脱扣运动过程进行仿真计算;最后对实际样机的瞬时脱扣试验进行高速拍摄.结果有效证明了联合仿真能够提升动力学仿真的准确性.
Simulation of Tripping Process of Miniature Circuit Breaker Based on Maxwell 3D/ADAMS
To improve the accuracy of traditional dynamic simulation,the virtual prototyping technology is used to simulate the instantaneous trip process of circuit breaker based on Maxwell 3D and ADAMS.Firstly,the electromagnetic transient dynamic simulation finite element model of the tripper is established by using Maxwell 3D,and the simulation results of the transient electromagnet motion characteristics are obtained by calculation.Then the calculation results are imported into ADAMS to simulate the instantaneous tripping process of circuit breaker.Finally,the instantaneous release test of the actual prototype is taken by high-speed photography.The correctness of the simulation is verified.The co-simulation can improve the accuracy of dynamic simulation.
