摘要
针对目前传统重型U型钢板桩冷弯成形工艺弊端,提出了一种新的冷弯成形工艺,即C形-局部加热-帽形顺序、交替成形工艺.以某公司厚度规格为12 mm重型U型钢板桩为例,设计了2套冷弯工艺方案(传统冷弯工艺、新型冷弯工艺).从板料冷弯过程变形趋势光滑的角度选取新型冷弯工艺进行12 mm重型钢板桩的工艺设计,获得了完整的工艺参数(弯曲道次、弯曲角度、反弯角度).比较优化后的重型U型钢板桩冷弯成形工艺参数,包括弯曲道次、弯曲角度、反弯角度等,将此优化后的工艺应用于某公司钢板桩生产线,获得了质量合格的厚度为12 mm重型钢板桩成品.
Abstract
For the disadvantages of traditional cold bending process for heavy U-shaped steel sheet pile,a new idea of cold bending was proposed,which was C shape-local heating-hat shape sequential and alternative bending.Taking 12mm heavy U-shaped steel sheet pile for example,two sets of cold bending process (traditional and new) were designed.In accordance to the smooth deformation trend of sheet metal in cold bending process,a new cold bending process was designed,and the complete process parameters (bending pass,bending angle,anti-bending angle) were obtained.The final product of 12mm heavy U-shaped steel sheet pile was given by comparing process parameters including bending pass,bending angle,anti-bending angle and applying optimized process in a company steel sheet pile production line.
