主轴转速对单点渐进成形精度的影响

研究了不同主轴转速条件下的成形件的回弹量大小,结果表明:在较低的主轴转速范围内,回弹量随主轴转速的增加而增大;在中等主轴转速范围内,回弹量随主轴转速的升高而减小,但变化幅度不大;在较高的主轴转速范围内,回弹量随主轴转速的增加而增大,且变化幅度较大.同时,分析了不同主轴转速范围下成形件的表面质量,结果表明:在低速和高速主轴转速下,成形件表面几乎没有鱼鳞纹,质量较好;在中间主轴转速范围内,成形件的表面质量较差,且鱼鳞纹较多.并且运用负补偿的方法研究了不同补偿值条件下的回弹量大小,结果表明:采用负补偿的方法能够减小成形件的回弹量.
Influence of spindle speed on single point incremental forming precision
It was analyzed that springback of forming part under different spindle speeds.The results indicate that the springback increases with the increase of spindle speed at a lower speed,and the springback decreases with the increase of spindle speed at a medium speed,but changes slightly.Furthermore,the springback increases with the increase of spindle speed at a higher speed,and changes largely.At the same time,the surface quality of forming parts was analyzed under different spindle speeds.The results indicate that under the low and high spindle speed,the surface of forming parts has a better quality without scaly figure.At the medium spindle speed,it has a poor surface quality with more scaly figures.And the springback was studied by negative compensation method under different compensation values,the results indicate that the springback of forming parts can be reduced by negative compensation method.
