摘要

针对汽车金属雨刮器连杆加工精度低、材料利用率低、研发周期长、加工制造成本高等问题,采用弹簧类生产设备中的数控线材成形机来进行产品的成形加工.以某型号雨刮器连杆为例,结合数控线材成形机,开展了雨刮器连杆生产制造的研究.首先,对产品进行分析,提出了加工难点.其次,对雨刮器连杆加工工艺和成形步骤进行了设计,并根据成形步骤进行了折弯结构、凹凸点挤压结构、冲压剪切结构等的设计.最后,经苏州兆能精密弹簧五金有限公司实际生产试验,该成形工艺及成形结构不仅可提高产品精度,还可以提高材料利用率、降低生产制造成本,证实了该雨刮器连杆成形方法的实用性和可行性,为该技术的应用推广提供了实践基础.

Abstract

In response to the problems of low machining accuracy,low material utilization rate,long research and development cycle and high manufacturing costs of automobile metal wiper connecting rods,a CNC wire forming machine in spring production equipment was adopted for product processing.For a certain model of wiper connecting rod,combined with a CNC wire forming machine,the research on the production and manufacturing of wiper connecting rod was conducted.Firstly,the product was analyzed,and the processing difficulties were identified.Secondly,the machining process and forming steps of the wiper connecting rod were designed,and the structural designs including bending structure,concave and convex point extrusion structure,stamping and shearing structure,etc.were conducted based on the forming steps.Finally,the actual production testing was conducted by Suzhou Zhaoneng Precision Spring Hardware Co.,Ltd.The re-sults show that the forming process and forming structure not only improve the product accuracy,but also increase the material utilization rate and reduce the production and manufacturing costs,which confirms the practicality and feasibility of the wiper connecting rod forming method and provides a practical basis for the application and promotion of this technology.
