冷变形SUS304奥氏体不锈钢再结晶行为

为了提高SUS304奥氏体不锈钢的加工性能、消除加工硬化、防止在冷轧过程中开裂,利用拉伸试验、金相观察等试验方法和手段,研究了不同退火工艺条件下,冷变形SUS304奥氏体不锈钢组织和性能的变化.研究发现:在同一退火时间下,随着退火温度的增加,强度下降,伸长率先升后降,晶粒尺寸逐渐增加;退火温度为1050℃时,随着退火时间的增加,碳化物逐渐溶入基体,材料的强度和伸长率不断增加;退火温度为1080℃时,随着退火时间的增长,屈服强度、抗拉强度有下降的趋势,而伸长率呈先升后降的趋势.在所有退火工艺中,1050℃×180 s条件下SUS304奥氏体不锈钢的综合性能最佳.
Recrystallization behavior of cold deformed SUS304 austenitic stainless steel
In order to improve the processability of SUS304 austenitic stainless steel,eliminate work hardening,and prevent cracking dur-ing the cold rolling,the changes of microstructure and properties of cold deformed SUS304 austenitic stainless steel in the different annea-ling process conditions were studied by tensile test,metallographic observation and other experimental method and means.The results show that at the same annealing time,as the annealing temperature increases,the strength decreases,the elongation first increases and then decreases,and the grain size gradually increases.When the annealing temperature is 1050℃,as the annealing time increases,the carbides gradually dissolve into the matrix,and the strength and elongation of the material continue to increase.When the annealing tem-perature is 1080℃,with the increasing of annealing time,the yield strength and tensile strength tend to decrease,while the elongation shows a trend of first increasing and then descending.In the entire annealing process,the comprehensive performance of SUS304 austenit-ic stainless steel is best at 1050℃×180 s.
