摘要
环形锻件凭借其优异的力学性能在诸多工业领域具有非常广泛的应用.环形锻件是一种涉及材料多、量大面广的重工业零件.由于环形锻件常处于工作时间长、高温、高压、高转速、高低频振动综合作用的恶劣环境中,因而对锻件质量和尺寸的要求十分苛刻,这就对环形锻件的锻造工艺提出了更高的要求,环件锻轧技术也因此得到了快速发展.本文以天锻公司生产的一条自动化环件锻轧生产线为例,结合异形截面环形锻件的生产工艺,重点介绍生产线中的核心装备及其功能特点,为该类环件锻轧生产线的技术要点和发展方向具有一定的参考意义.
Abstract
Ring forgings are widely used in many industrial fields because of their excellent mechanical prop-erties.Ring forging is a kind of heavy industry parts which involves many materials,large quantity and wide area.Because the ring forging is often in a long working time,high temperature,high pressure,high speed,high and low frequency vibration of the combined effect of the harsh environment,so the quality and size of the forging requirements are very harsh,which puts forward higher requirements for the forging process of the ring forging,ring forging technology has also been rapidly developed.This paper takes an automatic precision ring forging rolling production line produced by Tianduan Company as an example,combined with the pro-duction process of shaped section ring forging,focuses on the core equipment and its functional characteristics in the production line,and provides a certain reference significance for the technical key points and develop-ment direction of this kind of ring forging and rolling production line.
