摘要
利用三维制图软件建立 12000kN框架式液压机机架三维实体模型,导入ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件进行静应力分析和模态分析,从而获得机架前 8 阶固有频率和相应的固有振型,为液压机机架的优化设计提供理论依据.
Abstract
The 3D solid model of 12000kN frame hydraulic press frame is established by using 3D drawing software,and then imported into ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to carry out static stress analysis and modal analysis,so as to obtain the first 8 orders of the frame's intrinsic frequency and corre-sponding intrinsic vibration pattern,and provide theoretical basis for the optimization design of the hydraulic press frame.
