摘要
针对钢卷在纵剪分条过程中产生镰刀弯的原因进行分析,通过优化材料处理工序和定期设备维护,减小内部应力,同时通过对纵剪分条设备的维护与调整,确保分条后钢带保持平直,并结合实际生产给出了相应解决办法,避免了镰刀弯现象,显著提高了产品成材率,为生产质量与效益的提升提供了实质性支持.
Abstract
This study analyzes the causes of scimitar bending in the slitting process of steel coils.By opti-mizing material processing and implementing regular equipment maintenance,internal stresses are minimized,and meticulous maintenance and adjustments are made to the longitudinal shearing and slitting equipment to ensure the straightness of the steel strip post-slitting.Practical solutions have been proposed and implement-ed,successfully preventing the occurrence of scimitar bending,significantly improving the product yield rate,and providing substantial support for the enhancement of production quality and efficiency.
