摘要
介绍了一种碳纤维HP-RTM模压成形智能化生产线.该生产线由 2500t碳纤维HP-RTM成形液压机、温控装备、上下料机械手、输送系统、真空设备和电气联控系统六部分组成,能够实现对汽车碳纤维复合材料制品零件的自动化一体成形.最后介绍了纤维复合材料的超声波焊接工艺及碳纤维复合材料航空电池箱底板的开发及应用.
Abstract
An intelligent production line of carbon fiber HP-RTM molding is introduced.The production line consists of 2500t of carbon fiber HP-RTM forming hydraulic press,temperature control equipment,loading and unloading manipulator,conveying system,vacuum equipment,and electrical combined control system,it can realize the auto carbon fiber composite parts automatic integrated molding.The Ultrasonic welding process of the fiber composite material and the development and application of the carbon fiber composite material bottom plate of the aviation battery box are also introduced.
