本文针对压力机飞轮出现的故障进行相关测试分析,通过分析飞轮动平衡、小带轮支撑座振动加速度数据,判定飞轮故障产生的原因与轴承游隙较大或者轴承固定松动相关,建议对飞轮进行拆解检查,测量飞轮支撑轴承的工作游隙.
The faults of the flywheel of the press have been tested and analyzed,the data of the flywheel dynamic balance and the vibration acceleration of the support seat of the small belt wheel are analyzed.it is determined that the cause of the flywheel failure is related to a larger bearing clearance or loose bearing fix-ation.It is recommended to disassemble and inspect the flywheel and measure the working clearance of the flywheel support bearing.
