摘要
针对特种车辆永磁同步电机组装过程中的难点,提出了实用的特殊车辆电机组装工艺方案,并对关键工序进行分析研究,装配公差带的选择,通过现场组装验证了方案的可行性,保证了电机的组装质量,提升了电机的组装效率.
Abstract
In view of the difficulties in the assembly process of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a practical motor assembly scheme is proposed,and the key processes are analyzed and studied,the assembly tolerance zones are selected.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by field assembly,which ensures the assembly quality of the motor and improves the assembly efficiency of the motor.
