基于ANSYS Workbench的法兰螺栓有限元分析

摘要
法兰螺栓连接结构是设备中必不可少的部件之一,对整个设备的正常运行起着十分重要的作用.现以某燃烧炉的法兰螺栓连接结构进行有限元分析,通过三维绘图软件进行模型的建立,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,并对法兰螺栓赋予相应的材料属性以及载荷约束.通过求解得到Von-Mises应力图.同时针对法兰中的垫片也进行了分析,对法兰整体的密封性能进行了研究.该结果对在ANSYS Workbench中模拟法兰和螺栓连接方面的问题提供了参考.
Abstract
The bolts-flange connection structure is one of the essential parts of the equipment and plays an important role in the normal operation of the whole equipment.Finite element analysis studies the bolts-flange structure of a combustion furnace,while 3D drawing software constructs the model,which is then imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,where the bolts-flange is assigned the appropriate material properties and load constraints.The Von-Mises stress diagram is obtained by solution.The overall sealing performance of the flange is also investigated.The results provide a reference for bolts-flange connection in ANSYS Workbench.
