The material tensile testing machine is an important equipment for detecting and testing the me-chanical properties of materials.However,traditional equipment is bulky and heavy,making it difficult to transport and use on construction sites.To address this issue,this article designs a portable material tensile tester.In the process of mechanical structure design,standard components such as motors,reducers,and screws are selected based on the parameters of the testing machine,and three-dimensional design software is used for modeling based on the dimensions of the standard components;In the process of designing two im-portant non-standard parts,the support rod and support plate,the main body design was first designed based on experience,and then the structural strength was checked using finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the structural strength of non-standard parts.When designing the control system,the under-lying real-time control and data acquisition controller uses an ATMEL16 microcontroller,and corresponding circuit schematic diagrams and program flowchart are drawn;The upper level data processing system adopts an Industrial PC and provides a system program flowchart and key subroutine codes for the upper level data processing.
