摘要

五缸钻井泵已成为油气钻探的核心装备.为研究其强度性能和使用可靠性要求,以 2400hp五缸钻井泵为例,建立其关键零部件——机壳的有限元模型,并对其受力情况进行理论分析,进而利用Simulation模块对机壳进行有限元分析,得到相应应力和变形大小,最后通过计算与实际材料性能要求进行对比分析,得出机壳结构满足设计合理性要求的结果,为机壳的设计与优化提供参考.

Abstract

The five-cylinder drilling pump has become the core equipment of oil and gas drilling,in order to ensure the strength performance and reliability requirements of the five-cylinder drilling pump.Taking the 2400hp five-cylinder drilling pump as an example,firstly,the finite element model of the key component of the five-cylinder drilling pump,the casing,is established through Solid works software to provide support for subsequent calculations;secondly,the force of the five-cylinder drilling pump casing is analyzed Theoretical analysis;then use the Simulation finite element analysis module that comes with Solid works software to con-duct finite element analysis on the casing of the five-cylinder drilling pump to obtain the corresponding stress and deformation;finally,compare and analyze the calculation with the actual material performance require-ments,and draw The structure of the 2400hp five-cylinder drilling pump casing meets the design rationality requirements,which provides a reference for the design and optimization of the five-cylinder drilling pump casing.
