Punching laminating machine as a high-end sheet metal processing equipment,not only can meet the punching machine punching forming technology point,but also can realize laser processing of complex special-shaped contours,over the years this part of the market has long been occupied by TRUMPF,AMADA and other foreign manufacturers,although the product is high-end but high price and low compatibility,so in order to develop a more economical and open punching laminator system,this paper proposes to develop a system based on TwinCat2 punching compounding machine.BeckHoff's TwinCat2 platform was used to develop the integration of punching and laser systems.
