摘要

摆辗机是回转锻造的重要装备,其主要有摆辗机主体及摆辗台组成,主要分为卧式、立式两种结构,本文所述的立式摆辗机其主传动结构区别于传统的下传动方式,由上传动液压缸驱动运动滑块下安装的摆辗台,通过摆辗台的下压运动,对工件进行垂直压力;对摆辗台内部传动结构进行优化设计,防止摆辗台的偏心轴在进行圆锥运动时产生自转,避免摆辗头因摩擦降低使用寿命且损伤工件的情况发生.

Abstract

The pendulum rolling machine is an important equipment for rotary forging, which is mainly com-posed of the main body of the pendulum rolling machine and the pendulum rolling table, which is mainly divided into two kinds of structures: horizontal and vertical, the main transmission structure of the vertical pendulum rolling machine described in this paper is different from the traditional lower transmission mode, the pendulum roller installed under the motion slider is driven by the upper transmission hydraulic cylinder, and the vertical pressure is carried out on the workpiece through the downward pressing motion of the pen-dulum roller table; The internal transmission structure of the swing roller table is optimized to prevent the eccentric shaft of the swing roller table from rotating when the cone movement is carried out, and to avoid the situation that the swing roller head reduces the service life and damages the workpiece due to friction.
