摘要

提出了研发钛电极块成型压制压力机成套装备的必要性,确定并详细阐述了65MN钛电极块成型压制压力机成套装备的设计方案.介绍了钛电极块成型压制压力机成套装备,包括电极块成型压力机,附带辅助脱模推料功能的模具,旋转摆臂上料装置,转笼翻转装置以及码料集料台.整套装备的上料、压制、脱模、下料、码垛集料均由机械自动化实现,具有高效、低成本、节能等特点.

Abstract

The necessity of developing complete equipment for forming and pressing press of titanium elec-trode block is put forward, and the design scheme of complete equipment for forming and pressing press of 65MN titanium electrode block is confirmed and elaborated. This article introduces the complete equipment of a titanium electrode block forming and pressing press, including forming press for electrode block, a mold with auxiliary demolding and pushing functions, a mold with auxiliary demolding and pushing functions, a ro-tating swing arm feeding device, a rotating cage flipping device, and a stacking and collecting platform. The loading, pressing, demolding, discharging, and stacking of the entire equipment are all achieved through me-chanical automation, which is characterized by high efficiency, low cost, and energy conservation.
