介绍了THP56-500A双滑块液压机钛合金高温换模生产线.该生产线由双滑块液压机、模具回收台、模具初装台、保温炉、预热炉和高温模具搬运系统等组成.该生产线避免了人工换模热辐射的影响,提高了制件生产效率,大大节省了生产成本.
Abstract
THP56-500A titanium alloy high-temperature mould change production line with double-slide hy-draulic press is introduced. The production line consists of double slider hydraulic press, mould recovery table, mould initial loading table, holding furnace, preheating furnace and high temperature mould handling system. The production line avoids the influence of heat radiation of manual mould changing, improves the production efficiency of the parts and saves the production cost greatly.
