摘要
液压油缸是液压机设备的核心部件,油缸体内孔表面的粗糙度和硬度是关键.本文介绍了一种油缸体内孔加工装置,可以提高油缸体内孔表面粗糙度及其表面硬度,克服传统加工装置结构的缺点,解决液压油缸常规加工工艺中遇到的问题,节约成本,提高效率.
Abstract
The hydraulic cylinder is the core component of the hydraulic press equipment, and the roughness and hardness of the hole surface of the cylinder body is the key. This paper introduces a device for machin-ing the inner hole of the cylinder block, which can improve the roughness and surface hardness of the inner hole of the cylinder block, solve the defects in the structure of the traditional machining device, and give full play to the characteristics of the structure, to solve the problems encountered in the conventional processing of hydraulic cylinder, save costs and improve efficiency.
