摘要
在预应力钢丝缠绕正交预紧机架结构的基础上提出了一种全新的机架型式——圆形预应力钢丝缠绕正交预紧机架.对该型机架的缠绕进行理论分析和计算,进而求得缠绕施工张力表,为钢丝缠绕施工提供重要理论依据.该型机架的研发是超重型承载机架结构的重要技术突破.
Abstract
On the basis of the structure of orthogonal prestressing rack with prestressing steel wire winding, a new rack type is proposed - circular prestressing steel wire winding orthogonal prestressing rack. The the-oretical analyses and calculations of the winding of this type of rack are carried out to obtain the tension table of winding construction, which provides an important theoretical basis for the construction of steel wire winding. The development of this type of rack is an important technological breakthrough in the structure of super-heavy load-bearing racks.
