摘要

尾轴折叠机构是舰载直升机尾传动轴组件的重要组成部分,用于实现尾轴随尾梁折叠功能,有效减少舰载直升机舰载存放空间.国外折叠机构技术研究已相对完善,弧齿式折叠机构构型可靠性好、自动化程度高,符合海军装备发展需求,为国内尾轴折叠机构构型发展提供了技术支持和技术路径,也为尾轴折叠技术在直升机传动系统上的应用指明了方向.

Abstract

As the important component of the tail shaft assembly of shipboard helicopter, the tail shaft folding mechanism is used to achieve the function of tail shaft folding alone with the tail beam, and effectively reduce the shipboard storage space. The technical research of the tail shaft folding mechanism in foreign countries has been relatively well. The configuration of the arc tooth gear folding mechanism with great reliability and high degree of automation, meets the needs of naval equipment development. It provided technical approach and support for the development of the configuration of tail shaft folding mechanism, and also pointed out the direction for the application of tail shaft folding technology in helicopter transmission system.
