摘要

本研究基于异步电机改造为永磁同步电机的控制系统设计与实现,通过在异步电机转子上添加永磁体,提高了电机的效率和功率因数.采用矢量控制原理,建立了电机的数学模型,并设计了相应的硬件和软件系统.实验结果表明,这一控制系统能够快速、准确地跟踪速度指令,具有良好的速度调节性能和稳定性,为电动汽车驱动系统提供了可行的解决方案.

Abstract

This study is based on the design and realisation of the control system of an asynchronous motor converted into a permanent magnet synchronous motor, which improves the efficiency and power factor of the motor by adding permanent magnets to the rotor of the asynchronous motor. Using the vector control princi-ple, the mathematical model of the motor is established and the corresponding hardware and software sys-tems are designed. The experimental results show that this control system can track the speed command quickly and accurately, has good speed regulation performance and stability, and provides a feasible solution for the electric vehicle drive system.
