摘要

本文对基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的成形机床电气控制系统的设计与优化方法进行研究.内容包括:PLC控制的优势分析、系统设计方法、控制优化策略、实验验证等方面.研究表明,相比传统继电器控制,采用PLC和数字控制算法可以显著提高机床控制精度、响应速度和自动化水平.温度控制静态精度可达±0.5℃,速度响应时间缩短至0.6s,实现高精度数控运动控制.

Abstract

This paper researches the design and optimisation method of electrical control system of forming machine tool based on programmable logic controller (PLC). The content includes: analysis of the advantages of PLC control, system design method, control optimisation strategy, experimental verification and other as-pects. The study shows that compared with the traditional relay control, the use of PLC and digital control algorithms can significantly improve the machine tool control accuracy, response speed and automation level. The static accuracy of temperature control can reach ±0.5℃, and the speed response time is shortened to 0.6s to achieve high-precision CNC motion control.
