摘要

滚轮支板是铁路货车上的零部件,处于侧架、车轴和转向架之间,是不可或缺的零件,其用量较大,比较适合冲压生产.本文设计了滚轮支板的冲压模具,并对不同凸凹模间隙的模具进行冲裁模拟,分析了冲裁时凸凹模间隙对断面光亮带和毛刺的影响,以及板材冲裁部位附近点的受力情况,发现小间隙能够提高冲裁件的质量,并通过实际生产进行验证.

Abstract

The roller support plate is a component on railway freight cars, located between the side frame, axle, and bogie. It is an indispensable component with a large amount of usage and is more suitable for stamping production. This article designs a stamping die for the roller support plate, and conducts punch-ing simulation on molds with different clearance between the convex and concave molds. It analyzes the influence of clearance between the convex and concave molds on the bright band and burrs of the cross-section during punching, as well as the stress situation of the points near the punching part of the plate. It is found that small clearance can improve the quality of the punching part, and it is verified through actual production.
