摘要

新能源汽车的核心部件之一是电池系统,它负责储存和供应电能,其效能直接关系车辆的性能和续航能力.电池框架总成的制造工艺对电池系统的性能和可靠性具有重要影响,其焊接工艺的优化成为一项迫切的技术革新方向.改进焊接工艺,可以提高焊接质量,降低焊接缺陷率,增加电池系统的可靠性.本文旨在探究新能源汽车电池框架总成焊接工艺的优化路径,通过深入分析问题、提出优化策略,助力汽车电池制造业的发展和新技术的推广,助力清洁能源交通可持续发展.

Abstract

One of the core components of new energy vehicles is the battery system, which is responsible for storing and supplying electric energy, and its efficiency is directly related to the performance and range of the vehicle. The manufacturing process of the battery frame assembly has an important impact on the perfor-mance and reliability of the battery system, and the optimisation of its welding process has become an ur-gent direction of technological innovation. Improving the welding process can improve the welding quality, re-duce the welding defect rate, and increase the reliability of the battery system. The purpose of this paper is to explore the optimization path of the welding process of the battery frame assembly of new energy vehi-cles, through in-depth analysis of the problem, put forward the optimization strategy, help the development of the automotive battery manufacturing industry and the promotion of new technologies, and help the sus-tainable development of clean energy transportation.
