金属材料表面处理对成形性能的影响研究

摘要
本文综述了金属材料表面处理方法,通过对AISI 1045钢进行抛光、酸洗、氮化等处理,进行冲压成形实验,综合评价不同表面处理对成形性能的影响.结果显示,酸洗组表现最佳,显著降低了表面粗糙度,提高了硬度,减小了摩擦系数,降低了成形压力,这为金属材料表面处理在成形中的应用提供了实验基础.
Abstract
This paper reviews the surface treatment methods of metal materials, and conducts press forming experiments by polishing, pickling and nitriding AISI 1045 steel to comprehensively evaluate the effects of different surface treatments on forming performance. The results show that the pickling group performs the best, which significantly reduces the surface roughness, improves the hardness, reduces the coefficient of friction, and lowers the forming pressure, which provides an experimental basis for the application of surface treatment of metallic materials in forming.
