职业院校课程质量建设提升路径与模式创新研究——以智能制造工程技术专业为例

摘要
随着新一代信息技术、人工智能技术与先进制造技术的深度融合,实现制造的物理世界和信息世界互联互通与融合,促使智能制造技术向着更高层次的智能化方向发展.通过对"中国制造2025"发展规划、部分发达国家制造业的发展动态和高等职业本科院校专业课程设置与模式现状的分析,基于学生素质、能力以及教师科研、教学和技能水平的提升为中心,提出了专业课程体系设置、课程思政元素融入、能力本位课程开发、课程资源库建设、教师团队组建、教学质量评价与意见反馈等方面的建议,旨在开创更有效的教学管理模式和课程质量建设路径,充分发挥每一位教师的能力优势,构建更强的专业师资团队,从而提升专业课程的教学质量,培养出能适应未来智能制造技术发展所需的高素质和高技能型人才.
Abstract
With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology, artificial intelligence technology and advanced manufacturing technology, the interconnection and integration of the physical world and the information world of manufacturing are realized, which promotes the development of intelligent manu-facturing technology towards a higher level of intelligence. Through the analysis of the "Made in China 2025"development plan, the development trend of manufacturing industry in some developed countries and the current situation of specialized courses setting and model in higher vocational undergraduatecolleges, based on the improvement of students' quality, ability and teachers' scientific research, teaching and skill level, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the setting of specialized courses system, the integration of courses ideological and political elements, the development of competency-based courses, the construction of courses resources database, the formation of teachers' team,the evaluation of teaching quality and feedback of opinions, aiming at creating a more effective model of teaching management and path of courses quality construction, and giving full play to the ability advantages of each teacher,building a stronger professional teacher team, so as to improve the teaching quality of specialized courses and cultivate high-quality and high-skilled talents that can adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in the future.
